Delete your account

You can delete your Yummii account and all synced data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Yummii and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm your choice.

No access to the app?

Send an email from your account's address with the subject 'Delete account'. We'll confirm within 7 days. hello@yummii.app

A deleted account cannot be restored. Share links to your recipes will stop working, and an active student mode ends.

What gets deleted

Your account and login, your profile, your student verification, and all your synced recipes, photos, grocery lists and plans on our servers.

Your account is deactivated immediately. All data is fully erased within 30 days, including backups.

What stays on your device

Because Yummii is local-first, your data stays on your device until you erase it. When deleting, you can choose to wipe local data too, or simply remove the app.
